Return Terms & Conditions

Returns are usually not accepted unless the product is damaged, defective or the wrong product was shipped. In some circumstances we will accept returns in which an Return Authorization # would be issued and a restocking fee would also be assessed.  

Products must be returned in their original boxes, not used, and in their original condition for resell purposes.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and customer would be responsible for the return freight. Product should be returned via the same type of carrier as delivery.   

Return Authorization Procedure 

  1. Before returning product, you must first obtain an RA number. An RA number can be obtained by contacting our customer service depart by email at customerservice@shopstainless.ca  It is important that the RA number is clearly written on the return shipping label only. DO NOT write anything on the box. Packages received without an RA number may be returned to you at your cost. We will only provide an RA number for items that are new, unused, in original box with original packaging materials and promotional items. RA numbers will not be issued for items that have been used or that do not have all the original materials and packaging. All returns once received back to the appropriate warehouses will be inspected and this process usually takes 1-3 weeks.
  2. Some products are shipped to you from our fulfillment warehouses or manufacturers direct and the return address may vary from where it was shipped from. We will provide you with the appropriate return address at the time of the RA request. No credit will be issued unless the return tracking number is provided to us by email or phone. Failure to return the items to the appropriate warehouse will result with no credit issued.
  3. On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate warehouse. You can use any carrier of your choice. If an item ships ground it must be returned ground, if an items ships freight, it must be returned freight. You must email the return tracking number within 24 hours after you have shipped the return product.
  4. Your account will be credited back the amount of the product minus the applicable return fees once the product has been received and inspected. Shipping cost associated with your order will not be refunded.
  5. Be sure to write the RA number clearly on a piece of paper and then attached it securely to all packages being returned. If the RA number is not clearly written on your package, the shipment will not be accepted.

Include a short explanation of why you are returning the item. All returns will be credited in the same manner you paid us.

No credit will be issued for returns, where the product has been used, altered or abused. The product has not been opened and remains sealed in original packaging. If the product box has been damaged, taped, or altered in any manner we may refuse to accept this as a valid return.

No freight collect or COD returns will be accepted. Send all returns prepaid and insured for the current value of the product.
